REBTEK Consulting was founded by Rafael E. Barragan on 1999. He is a BS Computer Science Engineer with a Master degree in Software Engineering. Our company resides in Richmond, VA but we involved customers around the east cost in states such as Maryland, North Carolina and Florida between others.
